How long does shipping typically take?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping usually takes between 3 to 7 business days for delivery.
What is your return policy for outdoor furniture?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a full refund.
Are Outsunny products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Outsunny products come with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Once an order has reached the processing stage in our warehouse, we are unable to stop the shipment.
How can I track the status of my delivery?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your package.
